Pale straw yellow with subtle green reflections, scent of apple, peach and cherry blossom. Fresh, delicate fruit on the palate, lively, stimulating, easy to drink. A friend for every occasion.

For over 100 years, outstanding Pinot varieties have flourished at Kränzelhof – ideal conditions for this noble grape. The vinification process is precise and gentle: selective hand-harvesting, whole-cluster pressing, and partial cold maceration to extract aromas and phenolics from the skins, enhancing complexity and structure. About 50% of the wine undergoes fermentation on the skins. Aged for 12 months on the fine lees in used barriques.

Fits with light summer dishes, freshwater fish, asparagus dishes, risottos and pasta dishes, or a vegan pumpkin chutney with pomegranate and maple syrup.

Our wines combine their own unique personality with an airy elegance, while their presence on the palate is long and memorable. Fermented naturally and nurtured with great sensitivity, they reveal both profound depth and remarkable ageing potential.

We’re convinced screw caps help our wines age more gradually and uniformly, so each vintage can reach its fullest, most harmonious expression. Plus, they let us cut sulfur additions by 50%, resulting in wines that feel lighter and more approachable. With zero risk of cork taint and rock‑solid consistency, every bottle performs exactly as intended.

For us, wine is nature’s own work of art. So, we nurture our vineyards as gently as possible – respecting the land, caring for our community, and safeguarding tomorrow’s world. Above all, this heartfelt stewardship ensures that the quality of every bottle shines through.

Here, tradition converges with innovation – every step guided by meticulous handcraft and an unwavering commitment to quality. Though modest in size, we nurture an impressive spectrum of grape varieties, often producing up to three distinct tiers of wine from a single variety – each one expertly vinified, richly charactered, and utterly authentic.
